Kiridot legal

Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Kiridot, an AI video production platform for narrated, cinematic, ad, UGC, and creator workflow tools.

Effective date: June 24, 2026

These Terms are written for Kiridot's current Canada-based product. They do not reduce any consumer, privacy, or statutory rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

1. Acceptance and Service Scope

By accessing or using Kiridot, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you use Kiridot for a company, brand, agency, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Kiridot provides browser-based AI video production workflows, including strategy and script assistance, storyboards, AI images, AI video clips, voice and audio generation, captions, translation, dubbing, character and motion tools, UGC and advertising workflows, workspaces, and optional social publishing integrations.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by the law where you live. Users under the age of majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
  • Workspaces, projects, characters, product assets, brand assets, OAuth connections, credits, and generated media are tied to the account or workspace that created or purchased them unless Kiridot separately agrees otherwise.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Kiridot uses subscriptions and credits. Some features consume credits when you request AI planning, image, video, audio, captions, tool processing, or other generation work. We show estimated credit costs before generation where the product flow supports estimates.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on Kiridot servers. Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, and card network rules may apply.

  • Monthly subscription credits refresh at the start of each billing period and unused monthly credits do not carry over.
  • Booster credits are purchased separately, are consumed after monthly credits, and persist while your account remains active unless applicable law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise.
  • If a generation fails because of a technical error on Kiridot's side, Kiridot may automatically refund the affected credits to your booster balance.
  • Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout flow or plan terms say otherwise.

4. Your Content and Generated Content

You keep ownership of prompts, scripts, images, videos, product information, brand assets, character descriptions, and other material you submit to Kiridot, subject to any rights held by others.

You grant Kiridot a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, transform, and store your content as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, create your requested outputs, process payments, provide support, and enforce these Terms.

As between you and Kiridot, you may use generated videos, images, audio, captions, and related outputs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms, third-party rights, provider rules, social platform rules, and applicable law.

5. AI, Likeness, Voice, and Publishing Responsibility

  • AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, offensive, visually inconsistent, or similar to existing works. You must review outputs before publishing, advertising, selling, or relying on them.
  • You are responsible for having all rights, permissions, consents, licenses, and clearances needed for people, products, brands, voices, likenesses, music, images, marks, testimonials, claims, and other materials used in or generated through Kiridot.
  • You may not create deepfakes, impersonations, cloned voices, synthetic endorsements, or manipulated media of real people without the consent and disclosures required by law and platform rules.
  • For ads and UGC-style content, you are responsible for claim substantiation, required disclosures, influencer or sponsored-content rules, regulated product rules, and platform policies.

6. Acceptable Use and Safety

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Kiridot may reject prompts, restrict features, remove content, suspend workspaces, or terminate accounts when we believe use of the Service creates legal, safety, security, platform, or abuse risk.

7. Social Publishing and Third-Party Services

Kiridot may allow you to connect TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or other third-party accounts through OAuth and publish videos at your direction. You control whether to connect or disconnect supported accounts.

Social platforms, AI providers, payment processors, storage providers, and other third parties have their own terms, policies, outages, limits, review processes, and enforcement decisions. Kiridot is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

  • Kiridot may set AI-generated or synthetic-media disclosure defaults where provider APIs support them, including TikTok and YouTube publishing fields.
  • You remain responsible for titles, captions, privacy settings, audience settings, age or made-for-kids declarations, sponsored-content disclosures, and compliance with each platform's rules.

8. Privacy, Security, and Confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. Our Security Overview explains our security posture and your account security responsibilities.

If you disclose confidential information to Kiridot through the Service or support channels, we will use reasonable measures to protect it. You must not disclose Kiridot confidential information except as allowed by law or written permission.

9. Service Changes, Availability, and Beta Features

Kiridot may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, models, prices, limits, or workflows. We try to provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect active paid use.

Some features may be experimental, rate-limited, provider-dependent, or subject to platform review. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact generation timing, or that every prompt or requested output can be completed.

10. Intellectual Property and Feedback

Kiridot and its licensors own the Service, software, user interface, brand, documentation, templates, systems, and non-user platform materials. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing service from Kiridot except as permitted by law.

If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow Kiridot to use them without restriction or compensation.

11. Termination

You may stop using Kiridot or request account deletion at any time. Kiridot may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts owed, or misuse the Service.

After termination, access to workspaces and content may stop. We may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy, including for backups, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, abuse investigations, and legal compliance.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiridot is provided as is and as available. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiridot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or third-party platform decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection, privacy, or other laws.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Kiridot from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your content, generated content you publish or distribute, your products or ad claims, your social publishing activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

Kiridot is based in Canada. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Canadian province or territory where Kiridot's operating entity is incorporated or organized, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Before starting formal proceedings, each party will try in good faith to resolve disputes by contacting [email protected]. Either party may seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.
