Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Conduct

• Use Kiridot for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, harassment, stalking, intimidation, or threats.
• Probe, scan, overload, scrape, bypass rate limits, extract model behavior, reverse engineer, or interfere with Kiridot systems or providers.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to create accounts, evade limits, harvest content, or abuse free credits.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, product, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization to use a brand, person, voice, likeness, or social account.

2. Prohibited Content

• Sexual content involving minors, child exploitation, grooming, or any attempt to sexualize children.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or sexualized depictions of private individuals without consent.
• Realistic violence, abuse, self-harm instructions, terrorism, extremist recruitment, or instructions for weapons or wrongdoing.
• Hate, dehumanization, threats, or harassment targeting protected or vulnerable groups.
• Medical, financial, legal, political, or safety claims that are deceptive, unsubstantiated, or presented as professional advice without proper review.
• Misinformation, impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, fake endorsements, fake reviews, or content intended to manipulate public processes.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, moral rights, contract rights, or platform rules.

3. AI Likeness, Voice, and UGC Rules

• You must have consent to use a real person's image, likeness, voice, name, identity, or personal story in generated or edited media.
• Synthetic creators, AI avatars, and UGC-style ads must not imply that a real person used, reviewed, endorsed, or experienced a product unless that is true and properly disclosed.
• You must disclose AI-generated or materially altered media where required by law, platform policy, advertising rules, or audience context.
• You are responsible for regulated-product rules, testimonials, before-and-after claims, health or earnings claims, influencer disclosures, and ad substantiation.

4. Enforcement

Kiridot may block prompts, refuse generation, remove content, limit publishing, suspend accounts, revoke credits from abusive activity, contact you, report activity, or terminate access when we believe this policy has been violated.

5. Reporting

Report abuse, impersonation, rights violations, or unsafe content to [email protected]. Copyright and IP complaints should follow the Copyright Policy.
