Subscription and Credits Policy
This policy explains Kiridot subscriptions, monthly credits, booster credits, estimates, failed-generation refunds, cancellation, and billing support.
Effective date: June 24, 2026
1. Plans and Renewal
Paid plans renew monthly or annually depending on the billing interval selected at checkout. Unless you cancel before renewal, you authorize Kiridot and Stripe to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, taxes, and applicable charges.
2. Monthly Credits
- Monthly subscription credits refresh at the beginning of each billing period.
- Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next billing period.
- Monthly credits are consumed before booster credits.
- If a subscription ends, remaining monthly credits are removed at the end of the paid period unless law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise.
3. Booster Credits
- Booster credits are purchased separately and are added to your booster balance.
- Booster credits persist while your account remains active and are not reset by monthly billing cycles.
- Credits refunded for technical generation failures are returned to the booster balance.
- Booster credits are not cash, stored value, gift cards, or transferable currency, and cannot be sold or transferred unless Kiridot agrees in writing.
4. Estimates, Charges, and Refunds
Kiridot shows estimated credit costs before generation where the workflow supports estimates. Actual costs may vary depending on duration, media processing, model routing, retries, provider behavior, and user-selected options.
- If a job fails because of a technical error on Kiridot's side, Kiridot may automatically refund the affected credits to your booster balance.
- If a job fails because of policy violations, unsupported input, third-party platform rejection, user cancellation after processing begins, or user-supplied content problems, credits may not be refunded.
- Subscription refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase if a material portion of included credits has not been used.
- Booster pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used, except where required by law.
5. Cancellation, Plan Changes, and Taxes
- You can cancel from account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Upgrades, downgrades, annual plans, discounts, and promotional offers may have additional terms shown at checkout.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice. Taxes and currency conversion may apply based on billing details and applicable law.
- Past-due accounts may lose access to paid features, generation, or social publishing until payment is resolved.
6. Billing Support
For billing questions, contact [email protected]. Include your account email, workspace name, invoice or payment reference if available, and a short description of the issue.
