Subprocessors

This page lists providers and integration partners Kiridot uses or may use to provide the Service, based on the current implementation.

Effective date: June 24, 2026

This page is an implementation-based disclosure, not a data processing agreement. Items marked to verify require legal or operations confirmation before enterprise use.

1. Verified Providers in Current Implementation

  • Stripe: payment processing, customer records, payment methods, invoices, subscriptions, and booster purchases.
  • Twilio SendGrid: transactional emails such as welcome, password reset, purchase, subscription, low-credit, payment failure, video completion, and failure notices.
  • Cloudflare R2 and Kiridot CDN: object storage, signed media delivery, generated media, user uploads, thumbnails, audio, captions, brand assets, and product assets.
  • OpenAI: language-model planning, chat, prompt rewriting, moderation, structured generation, and related AI processing.
  • ElevenLabs: voice generation, voice design, dubbing, and audio workflows where enabled.
  • FAL.ai and model providers routed through it: image, video, audio, dubbing, upscaling, Whisper transcription, Kling, Veo, Grok, and related generation endpoints.

2. User-Directed Integrations

  • TikTok: OAuth, creator information, privacy options, and direct publishing where enabled and approved.
  • Google/YouTube: OAuth, channel/profile information, upload settings, and YouTube publishing where enabled and approved.
  • Meta/Instagram: OAuth, profile information, and Instagram content publishing where enabled and approved.

3. Providers to Verify

The current code references PostgreSQL, Valkey/Redis, Celery workers, and deployment infrastructure, but the legal owner, hosting provider, database provider, observability provider, and regional configuration must be verified before this page is used for enterprise procurement or a DPA.

4. Changes

Kiridot may add, remove, or replace subprocessors as the platform changes. We will update this page when material provider roles change.
